March 22 P.3 1) a Canadian born Chinese who operated a law firm in Van. when he celebrated his 60th birthday on March 19, Consul General Yip, Seto More and more all congratualated him. was representing the Chinese residents and awarded Wun a gold medal. 2) Ontario news: in the city council of 1920, someone suggested that an act should be set up to regulate the health standard of laundromats and restaurants workers; i.e. all service workers had to be subject to physical examinations before licenses were issued. , a restauranteur immediately hired a lawyer to fight for the rights. Ambassador Yeung was also being asked to help. Yeung immediately called the mayor and protested against such discrimination.
