- March 21 p. 2 1) The English Newspaper criticized Chinese for using fake identity when entering Canada. The older ones would use merchant status while the younger ones, student. If the newcomers had $800 as bribery for the custom officer, they would have trouble in gaining entry (as reported by a Chinese). The Chinese interpreter also took part in the deal; he would teach the newcomers how to answer the questions. P. 3 2) CKT Saskatoon - the social convenor recently died. The CKT band took part in the funeral procession. 3) Kuomingtang Trail - a member denounced the Kuomingtang saying that he was wrong to join it. 4) Fund raising for famine relief Winnipeg: CBA set up drama performance; name list of honourable participants was listed. 5) En-ping Tong Fook Tong Van. - executive list: President ; vice 6) CKT Cumberland - list of donors for buying firecrackers to celebrate spring festival. P.6 7) Fund raising Vic. - name list of donors. 8) Koysang Co. H.Q. in Sanfancisco: was going to support the fund drive by donation 30% of one month's income. Kaysang Co. was a Chinese medicine distributor.
