February 15 p.2 1) > tne owner of restaurant was so generous to donate 70% of his lunch hour income on Feb. 17, from noon to 3:00 p.m. The fund raising association would sent waitresses to help on that day. 2) A Chinese was put in prison for 2 years for stealing $45 from a white man's house. 3) Van. CKT - executive list; p.3 4) Fund raising for famine relief through bazaar - many Chinese females were enth- usiastic in helping as sales ladies. 5) Mah Kam Chee Tong Van. - celebrated the spring festival on Feb. 13. of Victoria also attended. 6) CKT Vernon - held spring festival on Feb. 5. A few famous whitemen from Armstrong attended. There was firing of fire crackers. 7) CKT Calgary - new mem .bers were admitted on Feb. 6. 8) Prince George - a Chinese thanked the Kuomingtang and Chee Duck Tong for attending the funeral ceremony of his brother.
