February 11 P.2 1) Chinese Times would have a holiday on Jan. 12 to celebrate the unification of North and South China. P.2 I) Hoysun Assoc. - an En-Ping female locality member donated $100 for the school establishment. P.3 3) Fund raising for draught relief: many Chinese were enthusiastic in donating for the bazaar e.g. Consul General Yip donated a pearl ring. (Chan W. Chung) a few other items. 4) Hoysun Assoc. Van. - announced that the H.Q. would send some scool advocators to Van. on Feb. 13 to discuss the school establishment. The mefeting would be held at CBA. 5) Sai Woo Chop Suey held a sentence matching competition as a form of advertisement, Winners would be awarded a free dinner. P-9 6) Hoysun Association H.Q. - 17th term donations.
