- January 7 P.2 1) St. Paul Presbyterian Church held meeting to send relief funds to draught in N. China. P.3 2) The H.K. Labour and Commerce Bank sent a greeting to the readers. 3) CKT Calgary - executive list; president ; vice 4) Chee Duck Tong Van. - executive list; president ; Vice 5) Dart Coon Club Van. - a name list of donors for monthly maintenance fee. 6) En-Yap Tung Fook Tong Van. - announced on Jan. 5 that the association had already collected $5 foundation fee from each member; but due to further fund shortages, an.additional $3 was requested from the members. (The $3 would be regarded as exit fee.) The deadline for collecting all the donations was April 1 and those who did not hand in the money by then would be requested to pay double.
