- December 4 P.2 1) It was reported on the Province that there was an East Asian war in Van. between Japanese and Chinese over the large import of Japanese oranges. Chinese Vegetable seller's association had decided to boycott Japanese oranges. 2) 4 Chinese were arrested for smoking. P.3 2) Chinese Embassy in Ottawa urged the community to donated funds for relieving the situation in N. China. 3) Dart Coon Club Victoria - a name list of donors for the year round maintenance fee. 4) CKT H.Q. - executive list. President Lim L. Wing (2009 votesj, vice (1615 votes). 5) CKT H.Q. - a member thanked the CKT for giving him a farewell party.
