November 8 P.3 1) Dr. Lee S.F. - the English paper posted that Dr. Lee had already raised $50,000 out of the total $150,000 proposed for founding of Canton Hospital.$10,000 was from Vancouver merchants. 2) CBA Victoria - announced on Nov. 7 that a meeting was called on Nov. 3(?) where all Chinese organizations sent reps, to make decisions on how to maintain the CBA. It was decided that each assoc. would have a discussion among its members and then they should attend another general meeting on Nov. 10 to ^plan for future development. 3) Van. fund raising cttee for draught in N. China ( ). name list of donors, including those who attended the drama performance. 4) CKT Rossland - executive list; President Vice.
