October 5 P.2 1) Consul General Yip gave a notice abouth draught situation in 5 provinces in China. Fundnraising agents were already appointed in Van. P.2 2) Dr. "Lee S.F. made a speech in Sing Ping Theatre and party was also held at CBA. Speeches were made on the situation of the hospital that Lee was trying to establish. P.3 3) Overseas Chinese fund raising bureau for Kwong Dong New West. 3 agents in Chilliwack. 4) CKT Winnipeg - Wong C.S. and Lim L. Wing were in Winnipeg and they recommended that realty development of the CKT in Winnipeg. They posted a notice on Sept. 30 stating that the association building in Winnipeg was gorgeous and profitable. The association was still recruiting share holders and they recommended the association property to all CKT members so they would buy shares.
