August 20 p.2 1) Consul General Yip of Van. announced that those who bought government bonds in 1915 should claim the interest within 3 years, starting from 1st day of payment of interest. Thus he urged buyer who had No. 5 interest receipts to claim their interest before October 12, 1920. p.3 2) A Chinese crewman aboard a Blue Tunnel Ship took refuge in Van. $50 award would be given to anyone who found him. 3) Wong Kong Har Tong announced on August 20 that on Aug. 22, the new executives would assume office and would also discuss the establishment of the assoc. building. 4) Gim Fuk Yeun's owner was praised because he offered lower rice prices.
