- April 27 P.I 1) The Chinese Times urged the CKT to advocate school development. P.3 2) Consul General Yip announced on April 26 that those who bought Chinese govern- ment bonds in 1915 should apply at the consulate to set up the interest. (Interest was returned to buyers through casting lots.) 3) CPS Van. welcomed . Speeches sere made to encourage school estab- lishment. 4) Hoysun Ass'n Vic. the president Lee Chun ( ) thanked the CKT for their donations for the school establishment. 5) A Sye-Yap Weekly was set up, news about the 4 districts (Hoysun, Kai-ping, En-ping, and Sun Hui_) would appear in the weekly.
