April 10 P.2 1) The President of the American Youth Association was in Van. trying to raise funds. The principal of the Chinese Military School ( / ) also made a speech stating that the youth Association was expanding in China, and the H.Q. would like to set up branches in China. Peking gov't. requested the American Youth Association to help develop military and police education. P.3 2) A Chinese worker, waiting in fc to be transferred to China, was found to have escaped. Earlier there had been one escapee, who was found.
