March 22 P.3 1) Hoysun Assoc Van. - held meeting on March 20 when executives (pre- sident), (advisor), and from Victoria were present. They discussed school establishment; money was raised, too. A Kai-ping member donated $50 to school and promised to lend the advettisement space of his company on the newspaper, for the printing of the Hoysun School constitution. 2) An ex-drug addict who was white, asserted that he could easily get drugs from the Chinese. He heard that Chinese got drugs at $25/oz., but they could usually sell it at $200/oz. Even though in the hospital, he could get drugs through the Chinese cook by bribing him $1-2.
