- Description
- March 19 P.3 1) The Realty Develapment evaluation committee reported that currently there were 123,050 residents in Vancouver out of which there were 8000 East Asians who mainly lived in No.3 and 4 districts. 2) A medical association committee member said that whitemen must be the back behind cocaine and morphine businesses, and the Chinese were only middle men. Since most of the drugs were imported from East Asia, it was necessary to check on the calling freighters.
