- March 9 P.2 1) Chinese Reform Party ( ) held a spring festival on March 7 in the associational building. The Chairman pronounced a new year plan for the party members. P.3 2)H.Q. Van.- spring festival on March 6. Only 100 members attended. 3)Dart Coon Club Vic - spring festival March 7, with over 100 members. were invited to make speeches. 4)Yen Nam Tong of the Tsang Locality '- -,*- - Van. The Tsang Locality had laways had the establishment of Yen Nam Tong for chairty and welfare. The members in Van. would also like to establish a Yen Nam Tong so as to provide accommodation for members who were travelling in the district. A few hundred p.3 4) dollars was raised but more money was welcome. A constitution was set up. They decided to rent 431 Columbia St. as associational address to collect $2.50 from each member; to collect $15 from each member returning to China; to provide 2 weeks free accommodation for members who were transients in Van. (The highest donation was $100, lowest':$10.
