February 18 P.I 1) CKT H.Q. in Vic. announced on Feb. 5 that reps, committee of C.K. general convention wrote up the constitution and according to Chapter 8, all CKT members in Canada had to give $.50 annual fee to CKT H.Q. in Vic. Also, they had to give $.50 to CKT in San Francisco. P.3 2) CBA Van.) announced on Feb. 17 that the association had requested the mayor to let the Chinese set off fireworks during the Chinese New Year. The mayor consented for fireworks between 6-midnight on Feb. 18 and 6-8 p.m. Feb. 19. 3) members announced that money was raised. J'..~'KX>. However, the stafl had not reported on the money.
