The director of the assoc. in Van. invited and of the H.Q. to make speeches about necessity to build a secondary school in Hoysun District. Then , secretary of H.Q. read sketch of constitution for possible improvements. They decided that everything was OK xcept for financial issues. Immediately, a prominant merchant donated $8000.
