Description: Sept 6, Sat. P.3 News from Victoria: The Chinese who went to France during war time were ready to return to China. Mast had gone back directly from Europe. However there were still about 75,000 who would be transients in either Victoria or Vancouver on their home returning journey. The government had decided to use C.P.O.S. and Blue Tunnel Ships as transportation.
