Description: August 30, Saturday P.I Hoysun Association: An article to comment on the Hoysun Association which was intending to build a school in the Hoysun District in China, (plus Sept. 2nd, P.I and Sept. 4, P.I). P.3 The Chinese Consulate announced on August 28 that they had received a petition from more than 60 Chinese who complained about the increasing rice price. The Chinese consulate urged the rice merchants to import more rice from Hong Kong and at the same time to reduce the price. The rice merchants, together with the C.B.A. executives, could consult the Consulate for better preparation if they desired.
