August26, Thursday P.3 Due to the constant riots in Chinatown area, the police department had sent out more policement to inspect and maintain order in the area until the crisis was over. P.3 2. The C.B.A. in Victoria announced on August 23 that the locality association should send in their representatives for the exectuvies of the C.B.A. before Sept. 1st.
