Description

July 31st, Wednesday P.7 The Vancouver C.B.A. announced on July 29 that the Hoysun Association had sent in a name list of 55 set of foxes with no name. These sets of bones were dug in Vancouver and the C.B.A. would send them to the Canton Charity Station if no one would claim them or provide the information. The C.B.A. then asserted that the aim of the bone collection and shipment was to allow the descendants to serve their ancestors, so placing the bones in the charity station would lose its meaning. It was thus hoped that the members would check and match the name of their ancestors who died 8 or 9 years ago with the names of the 55 nameless sets of bones, so that the C.B.A. could send them back to the right families in China. The time limit for report of information would be one month only.
