Description
July 16, Wed. P.3 More than 200 Chinese workers in shingle factory drew up a petition and announced on July 15 that was an evil foreman. They asserted that the Chinese workers in the factory had gone on strike after one of the workers was being harassed by a white inspector. However, had helped the management to recruit new workers to replace the on-strike workers. The announcement was to account for the defects of the foreman and those who worked for him. The names for the donors who gave the advertisement fee were posted out too.
