- February 7, Thursday P.2 1. The headquarters of the Merchants Bank was set up in Hong Kong, and was the President of the branch in Vancouver. Through the help of the C.B.A., the newspaper and the overseas Chinese, the branch was successfully established. On February 9, a speech day was held by the Merchant Bank for the benefit of the business and also to discuss the industries in China. would give speeches or answer questions from the audience.
