Description
December 27 P.I 1) An article accounting for the defect of the Kuomingtang. P.3 2) The CKT in Victoria had held an election on December 20th. 3) The CPS in Victoria had been established for 20 years. (Including the Lok Quon School period). It had tried to promote Chinese culture and education, thus, many visiting scholars or education espectors from China (e.g. praised the efforts of the CPS. Presently, was sent by the Chinese government as the delegate to the Paris conference and he stopped over in Victoria. He brought with him $1000 ( ) award by President Tsui for the CPS. also donated $200 U.S. dollars for the school. He gave the money, as well as 2 portraits (one of the President and the other of himself) to of the CPS.
