Description: November 13 P.3 1) Chee Kong Tong (Van.) announced on Nov. 1 that the secretaries of the association should have been elected on Oct. 1, however, according to the revised constitution of the H.Q. (in San Francisco), the election should be on Nov. 15. But, due to the prohibition to hold meetings during the influenza period, the election would be postponed.
