August 28 3 1) The CBA (Victoria) announced on August 25 that there was going to be an annual election. The election system had been locality representation, that is: 4 reps from each of the following: I 3 reps, from: 2 reps, from Each locality would have its own election for reps, whose name would be given to CBA before Sept. 1st. An election for posts would then be held on Sept.15. On Sept. 30, the new executives would assume office. 2) The Chee Kong Tong building in Cumberland would be opened on Sept. 28th.
