April 24 P.3 1) The Chee Kong H.Q. in San Francisco announced on April 15 that if there were any people owing the Chee Kong Tong money, the vicnity branch association would help to collect it. However, if the person persisted in not paying, the H.Q. in San Francisco would join with other branch associations to boycott the irresponsible individuals (Example June 12 P.3). 2) Chee Kong H.Q. Representative Cttee announced on April 15 that the H.Q. in San Francisco would foster a united organization of Freemasons. In order to foster more efficiency in relationship, all news and announcements of Chee Kong Tong would go through the Chinese Republic Journal in San Francisco, the Chinese Times in Vancouver, Hon Mun Bo in Honolulu, and Chinese Republic in New York.
