Description: April 22 P.3 1) Ambassador Yeung once again announced on April 21 that those qualified candidates for congressmen could only register for election if they were sure that they could attend the election on June 20 because the election could only be carried out if there were 2/3 of candidates present. If they could not attend the meeting, they should not register (April 25 P.3). 2) The pxK representatives who had been in the general convention in San Francisco returned to Victoria on April 20th.
