Description: February 23 P.3 1) A Chinese was arrested for keeping liquor. He was fined $100 or 3 months in a jail; a whiteman was charged for the same offense but only fined $50 or 1 month in jail. 2) The CBA in Winnipeg declared that the association was purposely established to fight against the restrictive law and to retaliate the humiliation exerted upon them by the Canadian government. The association would be officially opened on March 24th.
