Description: January 15 P.3 1) In Toronto, there was a suggestion to recruit foreigners as workers in Canada. However, the held a meeting on Jan. 12 to discuss this, and they were against the recruitment of E. Asians. The Returning Soldiers United Assoc. was also against it. Such a proposal would be brought to Ottawa for further con- sideration.
