- Description
- December 6th, Thursday P.3 1. After Ambassador Yeung had made an agreement with the Canadian government, any Chinese Ambassador in Canada could have the authority to claim the legacy of a dead Chinese and send the money back to the bereaved relatives: e.g. Ambassador Yeung had claimed and sent the money ($188.40) of a dead Chinese to his relatives in Canton.
