Description
December 6th, Thursday P.3 1. After Ambassador Yeung had made an agreement with the Canadian government, any Chinese Ambassador in Canada could have the authority to claim the legacy of a dead Chinese and send the money back to the bereaved relatives: e.g. Ambassador Yeung had claimed and sent the money ($188.40) of a dead Chinese to his relatives in Canton.
