Description: October 12th, Friday, P.3 1. The executives of the Chee Kong Tong in Vancouver were elected on Oct. 7th, and they would assume offices on Oct. 14th. 2. A letter was sent on August 21st to criticize a president of an association in Kamloops of aheatiug (stealing ?) the official money. This particular association seotned to be a large one with more than 5000 members over Canada. 3. The C.B.A. in Victoria announced that new Chinese immigrants were prohibited entry into Canada between 1917, November 1st and 1918, April 1st.
