Description: October 9th, Tues. P.3 1. The C.B.A. announced that the Chinese Community should have a holiday on Oct. 10th and they should hang the national flag in order to remember the National Day. 2. In New Westminster, 4 Chinese led the policemen to arrest the gamblers in a labour club, but in fact they were trying to rob the club during the time of arrest. Consequently 21 Chinese were arrest, out of which 4 claimed to be the witnesses. .y^ ,., 3. The Chinese. Independent Association ( 'tj JL. "^ V^* it <*Q ^ ) announced that they would prepare a tea party on Oct. 10th to celebrate National Day.
