The students in the Vancouver C.P.S. wanted to set up an Independent Association ( q / o If ) The aims were to unite the students for exchanging knowledge, and developing a sense of independence. A Meeting was held on September 24th to set up the association. Executives were to be elected to organize and manage the association. The structures should consist of (a) investigation (b) discussion ( (c) execution All members over 15 years old had the right to vote and be voted.
