- September llth, Tuesday P.3 1. There were donations to celebrate the J6. TH. (S'ewiotiterxyRemembrance Day in Vancouver Chee Kong Tong. 2. The Chee Kong Tong in Calgary also celebrated the occasion on Sept. 8th. September 12th, Wednesday, P.2 P-qt $£^ y^_ the Director of the 7^~ l*j reading room had also sent a letter to the Peking government to attack Ambassador Lim on January 7th. A letter was thus sent to criticize $& ;j£^ /^ of causing trouble and making ridicule. * fo %7I (the President) and 5\ S&- f $ (Secretary) / \ \ * 2. were the last year executives of the ^ ^j TS? They were accused of mortgaging the building of the association to a Canadian bank. The association tried to hold a hearing to investigate the case. However, the 2 persons refused to come and eventually, the secretary promised to pay the debt in 6 months. When the time came, he wanted to take refuge and avoid the debt. (The present president was also accused of helping the secretary to avoid paying the debt.
