Description: August 18th, Saturday P.3 1. A general meeting was held in the C.B.A. (Vancouver) on August 16. 4 issues were settled: a. to send representatives to the hospital for inspection. b. to send representatives to collect exit fee. c. to leave out the checking and balancing of old accounts for future meeting. d. to ignore the requests of Ambassador Lim (Aug. 15th, P.3, Aug. 17th P.3) because the executives were against Chinese involvement in the European War. P. 3 2. The C.B.A. in Victoria announced on August 16 that all organizations had to raise the national flag.
