The president <$ ^ fj^_ and the secretary ^_ ^ ^ of the C.B.A. were trying to spoil the election by excluding one of the newly elected executives ( -//^ $$£ ^L ) because he did not pay the foundation fee or the hospital fund. ^ ^(_k ®v immediately sent a letter on July 24th to criticize *-§* and (?CF for 0 * 4x_ their irrationality. 2. Over of the factory* in Vancouver, New Westminster and various places closed down due to the strike.
