July 3rd . Tues . , P. 3 1. A letter was sent to attack " ? ^ and both copies of the telegram sent in December and January were posted out for comparison to show that '&> s£ ^\ was untrustworthy. 2. The C.B.A. announced on July 2nd that even though there was door to door collection for debts, not much was collected. Thus another door to door fund collection would be held and it was hoped that all those who owed the association money (eg. charity donation) should hand it to the collectors. In addition, the association announced that they would consider the modification of the election system in a meeting.
