Description: June 28th, Thursday P. 2-3 1. All Chinese between the age of 15 and 45 had to give in a testimony or apply an exit form when they planned to leave Canada. The testimony should also be guaranteed by a merchant; 5 or 7 photos of the person were also required . (The immigration office said that such action was not directed in discrimination against the Chinese they asserted that all foreigners were required to go through the same process.
