June 6th. Wed. P. 2 Ambassador Lim replied to the letter of Ambassador Yeung who requested him 4. 1. P.3 2. 3. and t*« (Liu?) to go to the hearing on June 4th in the Vancouver Hotel. who Lim accused '**j> /& ^L °f being untrustworthy and sent a personal protest to China in Dec, 1916 (but uood the name of the C.B.A.). The Hoysun Assocn. sent a letter to the C.B.A. on June 6th and asked for a modification of the election system, i.e. to have representatives from the 13 localities as executive members, so that the function of the association could be carried out more efficiently. lg 3U 9"S and fi\ '^^ ^$L (executives of the C.B.A.) sent a letter to Ambassador Yeung on May 27th to criticize 'tar ~%. <=PC as untrustworthy and inefficient.
