- April 5th, Thursday P.3 1. The Chinese Republican Party in Vancouver had previously established a private school and y^ 3 $[? \u had been a teacher there. However, after 5^ was dead, the school was closed down too. Now the j* j, .tj school was re-opened with Rj? ^g^ ft- as the teacher. 2. A restaurant owner in Fender Street was arrested for storing and selling alcohol in Chinese tea pots. 3. The Ghee Kong Tong reading room had elected the executive members for the year 1917-1918.
