- Feb. 10th. Sat. P. 2-3 1. The C.B.A. in Vancouver announced that there would be an election for advisors on March 18th, 1917 in the agricultural and commercial departments in Peking. &. * $ on Dec* 19th» 1916 The C.B.A. had already appointed 'f? \ fy Ml /who was the delegate from San Francisco as their delegate in the election for Advisor in Peking. The C.B.A. hoped that the various Chinese public organizations would give a vote. (The organizations were the C.B.A., the Chamber of Commerce, the reading rooms and other organizations). (The Advisory board in Peking would have 1/3 of the Overseas Chinese advisors changed every 2 years.) P.3 2. A report of the minutes on the 22nd C.B.A. meeting on Feb. 6th. The whole argument was directed toward attacking ^ ^<-> 9v who demanded a just meeting at the C.B.A. for Ambassador Lim. LL- (In order to prove ^? was wrong, the receipt from the telegraph Company was posted to show that the protest against Lim was sent out on Jan. 10th 1917.
