Description: Jan. 31st, Wed. P.2 _*~ in Vancouver invited Ambassador Lim to a spring festival on Jan.7th, and Lim said that there were some immoral elements in the Chinese Community who always spread rumors and stirred up the Chinese. A new market was to be built at the cross roads of Main and Hastings Street. The market should be a public one (100' x 75') which would cost $4,500.
