- Description
- November 25th, Saturday P.3 (1) The Public Health Service announced that there were imposters who identified themselves as inspectors and tried to make trouble in Chinatown. It was hoped that the various Chinese Companies should beware of them. (2) /«AC/U7 G/LtfcvT sent a letter to the C.B.A. in Vancouver and asked why they refused to pay for the portraits. He explained that due to certain delays in getting hold of the 6 persons, he could not finish the photos until 1916. Since the executives refused to pay him, he would like to have a good answer. (Chow) even sent a public letter on Nov. 25th to the 6 persons who sat for the portraits. He hoped that they would support him in getting his fees back.
