Description
November 18th, Saturday P.3 During the 14th meeting of the C.B.A. executives on November 9th, photographer /v.cko uUrvjr brought 6 photos costing $65.50 to the meeting and claimed that the 6 portraits were of those who had donated $100 for the foundation fees of the association in 1910. In 1910 when the association was established, there were regulations to take a large photo of anyone who had donated $100 and the photo would be hung in the association for remembrance: $50, $20, and $10 donations would have smaller portraits. However, had only produced 6 large (20") portraits, so it would be unfair for the other donors. Moreover, according to the constitution, expenses over $20 could only be used upon the consent of all the executives. Consequently, (J/\~cw was not paid for the portraits and the portraits were sent back to the studio.
