Description: September 28th. Thursday P. 3 The C.B.A. in Vancouver had held a meeting on September 23rd to discuss the building of an Overseas Chinese Public School. The president '*$ ^ tjk. suggested the 2nd floor of the building should be used for the address of the school. The other executives seconded the suggestion and also decided that no rent was to be collected from the school. ^_ with 4 other members were elected to draw up the constitution for the school.
