Description: September 26th, Tuesday P.3 (1) The "^ Ija] school in Vancouver celebrated the remembrance day for Confucius. There were speeches and a tea party in the school building. C2) The Chinese school in Victoria also celebrated the occassion. (3) The Investigation Committee for the coal mine riot in Nanaimo refused a few Chinese cases because the victims demanded very large compensations, Those cases would be brought to the supreme court for thorough investigation.
