- September 25th, Monday P.3 (1) (2) (3) A report of the funeral ceremony. C.B.A. in Victoria announced on 21st that September 23rd should be the day to remember Confucius. All Chinese organizations should be closed on that day to celebrate. The investigation of the coal mine riot had started in August. However, the Chinese workers were not examined until September 18th. There were about 100 Chinese appeals for co-operation. Many appeals were accepted by the official committee.
