Description: August 12th Saturday P.3 (1) There were 6 Chinese workers in Victoria trying to expose the defects of a Chinese agent working for a fish-oil company. They said that the agent asked $5 before he recommended them to work in the company. Initially the agency guaranteed to provide work. However, they usually found that they were not put to work. When they asked for the $5 refund, the agent refused and he even prevented them from resigning from the company. It was hoped that the announcement might warn the others to beware of this man.
