Description: July 27th, Thursday P.3 The C.B.A. announced on July 26th that the time limit for absence from Canada would also affect those who left Canada from July 1st, 1916 to Dec. 31st, 1916. That meant that all Chinese workers who left for China from April 1st, 1914 to Dec. 31st, 1916 could have freedom of entry into Canada within 6 months of armistice.
