- April 25th, Tuesday P.3 (1) The celebration for the remembrance of F^- <L- ^P There was a drama performance, banquets, lion dance and Chinese defense. (2) On April 22nd, the Freemason Fund Raising Bureau in the States sent a letter to warn the Freemasons in Canada that there was an impogter ) from Canada who claimed that he was a member of the Freemasons. He spread rumors and ruined the fund drive sponsored by the Freemasons to fight against Yuan. The Chee Kong long in San Francisco then hoped that the members in Canada would not be cheated by that The Chee Kong Tong in Victoria replied to the letter that was originally a resident in San Francisco who came to Canada as a representative to inspect the youth association, (Announcement of his visit was found on Jan. 6th, P.3) as well as to promote the sale of shares for the China Mail Steamship Company. However, he did not visit the C.B.A., and he just gave 2 speeches to propagate anti-Yuan campaign. The Chinese community in Vancouver had already detected his intention and ignored him, but it was still hoped that the general Chinese population would beware of him.
